Cascade Estate

For the Cascade Renovation, our initial vision was to modernize the home’s cape style, without burying the original intent. The project began with a focus on layout, prioritizing openness so that even when spread throughout the home, the family can still be aware of and enjoy each other’s presence. The entire first floor of the home was redone from scratch, with walls moved, new flooring, new cabinets, all new furniture, and so much more! A favorite detail is the mudroom/laundry room hybrid, requested by the client to properly handle Rochester’s salty winter season. Two years in the making, the Cascade Home was completely transformed, leaving the beautiful spaces you see below.
