Studio Appointment Guidelines


  • Many hours of design preparation, third party pricing and planning by our team go into each and every appointment. To protect this investment, DMB Interior Design-Build has a 48-hour cancellation policy. This ensures that all of our clients can secure the optimal appointment time and continue forward with their project. Our cancellation fee is $250, and will be added to your contract if necessary. If you are late to your appointment, we will unfortunately not be able to make up the lost time and will need to schedule another appointment.
  • Please respect your allotted appointment time by arriving punctually and allowing us to conclude as scheduled.
  • All Decision-Makers on the Project must be present for each meeting. If all Decision-Makers cannot be present than the meeting will need to be rescheduled.
  • We strive to create a distraction-free environment, and we respectfully request that children not be brought into the studio.
  • If you or any member of your household are sick, please reschedule your appointment by at least one week. This helps to keep our team, contractors, and vendors healthy. Our cancellation fee does not apply to appointments canceled due to illness, and we are happy to reschedule your appointment as soon as possible.
  • If you are allergic to dogs, please let us know in advance as we have a 4-legged team member frequently joining us in the office.
