HOW MUCH DO YOUR DESIGN SERVICES COST?
At DMB Design, we deeply value the investment you're making in your home. Our pricing structure is designed for full transparency and simplicity, with costs based on square footage. While pricing does vary based on the type of project—whether a new build, a renovation, or a soft design—we ensure that you always know what to expect. As part of our service, we provide a comprehensive breakdown of your investment, design fees, recommended contingencies, and more, so that you are fully informed every step of the way.

HOW LONG WILL MY DESIGN PROJECT TAKE?
Our design process has been carefully honed to a 6-12 week period based on the scope of your project. Additional time is needed after the completion of the design to procure all the materials required for your contractor to implement your design in the build phase. From there, the timeframe for construction is up to your Builder/Contractor.
Beyond your renovation, when planning for furnishings our soft-design process is typically 4-6 week with installation times varying based on manufactures. When pairing your renovation with soft-design services, the design aspect will begin during the construction phase in an effort to bring your vision to life even sooner, or can be an added service as a second phase to your project at a later time.
